Have you heard the news… we have just launched our new Spring menu at the award-winning Brossen Steakhouse! Located at the Inn on the Square in Keswick, our new menu consists of a selection of exciting new dishes, available daily from 12pm-2.30pm & 6pm-9.30pm (Fri & Sat 10pm).

At Brossen Steakhouse we know how important it is to eat well… that’s why we source high quality local ingredients, and we update our menu’s seasonally so that our guests always find something new that will surprise them when they come to visit us.

Award-Winning AA Rosette Brossen Steakhouse

Our newly-launched menu has been created by our head chef Daniel Lansley; Daniel has introduced a 10oz, 40 day salt aged ribeye steak – this tender cut has been aged using salt to draw out moisture, releasing natural sugars, condensing and improving the unique and complex nutty flavour… it’s mouth-watering, but don’t take our word for it come and try for yourself.

Or perhaps you’d prefer something on the bone, such as braised baby back ribs with a BBQ and bourbon glaze; or try our half or whole spit roast tandoori chicken – perfect for sharing. If dessert is more your thing, you’ll be spoilt for choice… our lemon meringue posset is a must, but for all those chocolate lovers out there here’s a little something to tantalise your taste-buds – 5 Reasons to Love Chocolate… white chocolate burnt and aerated, milk chocolate sponge, dark chocolate mousse… how good does that sound?
