On behalf of everyone at the Inn on the Square and the Back Bar, we’re very pleased to announce that the Back Bar has received the ‘Best Pub’ of the year award at the Keswick Tourism Association and Keswick in Bloom Award ceremony, which took place in Hope Park on Thursday 16th August.
The Back Bar is situated in Bell Close car park, just at the rear of the Inn on the Square. If you haven’t had a chance to check out our beautiful hanging baskets outside the Back Bar, take advantage of the last of the summer holidays by planning a wander into Keswick town centre and treat yourself to tasty bite to eat and refreshing pint of real ale.
Our outside areas and stunning hanging baskets are well looked after by Paul McMullen, maintenance manager/head gardener. Paul works very hard to keep the public areas of the hotel and bar looking good, it’s really rewarding to know that all of his hard work has paid off.
