We’d like to say a big thank you to everyone that joined us last night (Monday 12th June) to celebrate our 2nd birthday, as well as our fantastic team of staff, who helped make the night a huge success.
Over 30 local bed & breakfast owners, shop owners and supplier joined us for bubbly, live music and delicious canapés consisting of lamb lollipops with apple puree and liquorice sauce; octopus, avocado and red pepper; rhubarb and white chocolate trifles and much more.
A fabulous 4 tier cake, was made by Chantilly Cake Couture especially for the occasion, taking inspiration from the fabrics within the Inn on the Square, as well as the Italian painting by Marco Grassi which can be seen on the wall by the hotel entrance. Management and staff were that impressed with the cake they decided it was too good to cut into; keeping it on display in the hotel for a little while longer.
Head chef, Dan Lansley has just finalised his new Brossen Steakhouse summer menu, which is due to launch on Thursday 15th June 2017. Tables can now be booked through the hotel’s website www.innonthesquare.co.uk/brossen
