Sushi, Sashimi & Steak at Brossen Steakhouse!

Our first Japanese night took place last night and was a huge success, with positive feedback from our guests and a few of them re-booking for another one of our Japanese nights in November.

It was great fun to work alongside Fyne Fish of Cockermouth, as Sharon and our chef Chris Morris introduced the Japanese culinary delight to Brossen Steakhouse. Fyne Fish are well known for being one of the only venues in the northern Lakes to offer fresh handmade Sushi & Sashimi, so it was a privileged to have them in our kitchen.
