Have you tried our new summer menu? If the answer is no, then what are you waiting for? Our summer menu includes a selection of exciting dishes, all served in the award-winning Brossen Steakhouse, available daily from 12pm-2.30pm & 6pm-9.30pm (Fri & Sat 10pm).

At Brossen Steakhouse we know how important it is to eat well… that’s why we source high quality local ingredients, and we update our menu’s seasonally so that our guests always find something new that will surprise them when they come to visit us.


Our new menu includes a 40oz, 28 day aged ‘THE BIG SIR’ – this tender club steak cut has been aged on the bone for extra tenderness… it’s mouth-watering and perfect for sharing, but don’t take our word for it come and try for yourself.

Or why not try our ‘rich man’s corn beef hash’ with beef medallion, brisket, rosti, hens egg and baked beans or try the ’16oz pork tomahawk steak’ ribeye on the bone, with a deep, rich flavour, it’s delicious.

If dessert is more your thing, you’ll be spoilt for choice… our lemon meringue pie is a must, but for all those sticky toffee lovers out there here’s a little something to tantalise your taste-buds – ‘warm sticky toffee sundae’ with with salted caramel ice cream, date cake, caramelised white chocolate and whipped vanilla cream… how good does that sound?
