The new restuarant on the first floor named "The Clock Tower" is arranged over a series of rooms, with views over the square or the internal courtyard. Ajoining is the Pedulum Function room suitable for larger parties of diners or wedding parties, it is also available for hire as a conference/meeting room ideal situated in the centre of the town.

Chef Mark Marshall from Woolacombe who has formally worked in the Isle of man and The Commodore Hotel in Instow, everything is locally sourced on a daily basis and freshly made.
