Our AA Rosette award-winning Brossen Steakhouse in Keswick is all about spectacular meat and proper stunning food. We put local firmly on our menu – with a wide selection of locally sourced produce, handpicked for amazing flavours and only the very best mouth-watering meat.

You’ll really want to meet our meat. From juicy Ribeye to tender Chops, Oak Smoked Rump to T-bone, Rotisserie Chicken and the ultimate wow-factor-steak… the super T-bone. Everything is cooked exactly to your taste and grilled to perfection. Top your plate off in this Keswick restaurant with our seasonal selection of over 15 sides including our yummy scrummy sweet potato fries, Danish cold potato salad or fresh House Slaw.

Soak up the atmosphere

Enjoy soaking up the atmosphere in this Keswick steakhouse (and a drink or two) by choosing from almost 50 fines wines and feasting your eyes on the modern, Danish inspired décor and huge wall murals showing off the popular cuts of a cow, pig and chicken (handy for those who don’t know their Rump from their Rib-Eye).

With wide open viewing windows right into the kitchen, you can watch our Head Chef grilling up a storm, ably assisted by his team of food loving Superchefs.

Our Head Chef is renowned for bringing steaks to The Lakes, and combines a background of local cooking with the pure skill of a master Chef and meat lover. We are extremely proud of our kitchen team who have perfected the ultimate steak cooking process.

If you’ve got a sweet tooth, you’ll love our sweets and afternoon teas. We’ve put a twist on the traditional, with our sticky stout pudding topped with toffee sauce and salted caramel ice cream and it tastes amazing, you’ll definitely be wanting more… if you can fit it in!
