Why not join us and enjoy a Japanese menu brimming with fusion flavours including sushi and sashimi, freshly prepared alongside Fyne Fish on the night.

It is a common misconception by many, that sushi is raw fish, but in actual fact the technical term “sushi” refers to the flavoured rice and the correct term for raw fish is “sashimi”. So if you are a newbie to sushi, it can be a daunting task to decide what to order and can be a good idea to dine with friends that understand it better than you.
